So I have had my replacement camera fo awhile, I have just been a tad bit lazy. Best Buy ended up having to give me a replacement camera instead of repairing my old one, and since they don’t stock 40d’s anymore, I got a 50d (I had to pay the difference). So, here is my first post in a long time!

The first picture is of a salmon burger, prepared by Miranda Yoo. It was quite delicious. The second and third picture were taken at a free Roots/Sheryl Crow concert in Philadelphia on the 4th of July.

So I went on a shoot the other dayn and I was excited because it was going to be the first fresh material I could post on here…but alas, my camera died 20 shots into the shoot. I will be uploading a picture later, but I am too sad to edit/upload anything right now.

Graduation!

So I came home to New Jersey to attend my sister’s graduation from Rutgers Univesity. As I was sitting through it, I couldn’t help but notice that the graduation was…for lack of a better term…ghetto? The Dean was lax in her address and almost seemed like she didn’t want to be there, the graduation speaker was terrible (really bad, not like just semi bad) and the class president gave a speech that could rival an eighth grade language arts class presentation. All in all, I really did not know how good Pepperdine’s graduations were until I attended this one, but I am glad to know that my graduation will be a good one, as it always is, at Pepperdine.

Here’s a family shot (not taken by me of course, but for nostalgia and aww factor’s sake, here it is).

Sweet Sixteen

Ok, so this wasn’t really for a sweet sixteen, but I couldn’t think of a title for it and I didn’t want to leave the title blank like last time. Any ways, this picture was taken at my friend’s surprise birthday gathering. Her name is Elizabeth, and we took the cake to her apartment and surprised her there.

Hello, sorry for not updating for awhile. It has been a hectic couple of days! We finally have internet now, so I will be trying to shoot more often and upload recent photos, but you will have to forgive me today, because it will be an old photo again.

This photo is of my friend Bobby. We were in Peninsula Valdez, Argentina when this shot was taken at sun down. If you look at our home page under “sample”, you can see him in another photo skipping rocks on the Rio de las Platas.

Mellow Yellow on a Cold Winters Day

Hello, just sharing another picture from my archives. I should really start posting recents though…unfortunately, I am limited to my online content b/c I am writing this from Pepperdine University. The new house we moved into will not have internet until Friday evening, so I am just pulling from my already uploaded items.

This picture is of a yellow anaconda in the Iberá region of Argentina. He, or she (we didn’t want to disturb it) was sitting out on a rock on a rainy winter day. It’s too bad you can’t see how yellow it really is, the clouds just didn’t give enough light to work with. But, it was beautiful none-the-less.
